Simple, easy to follow instructions for pitching the tent are included in the duffle.

We launder the sleeping bags between each use.

Our duffles fit in the trunk of most cars (even Smart cars). Duffle bags measure: 17"H x 34"W x 17"D.

Deliveries are made the day before your rental and pickup the day after.

Someone needs to be present at the delivery/pickup location. It could be you, a roommate, or the doorman of your building.

We do not charge for delivery/pickup days.

Rentals can be picked up and dropped off at our location in Crown Heights, Brooklyn – 893 Bergen, #3, Brooklyn, NY 11238.

We rent by the day with a 2-day minimum. A 2-day rental is one night camping. A 3-day rental is two nights.

We do not rent items included in the Campout Duffle à la carte.

We do not rent (or sell) add-ons as individual items. Add-ons rentals require a Campout Duffle rental.

Rental payments are fully refundable up to 3 days before your booking.
